Oh my where to start with the CBD “Balance”!! To make a long story short... Certain life events caused me to have underlying anxiety. I’ve had it for years, my body would let me know it was responding with heart palpitations. Even when I felt relatively calm, a little palpitation would let me know that the anxiety was still there.
