Placed an order (xmas present), Got confirmation email. The payment showed as pending for a week then came back into my bank. Emailed them twice with no response, thanks for wasting my time, Awful customer service, if something is out of stock then let the customer know or update your website. I have ordered from another company and my item is on its way, xmas saved, no thanks to this company. Don’t waste your time!!!
