This was simply the best price I could find anywhere on the net for the lock i wanted. It was on back order when I ordered it but I was kept well informed and given then the option to cancel if I didn't want to wait. When I fitted the lock I had a problem with it but I found the customer service extremely good. I talked through the problem with their locksmith who explained exactly what was wrong and how to sort it. He was exactly right and I easily managed to sort everything out. It' really good and reassuring to know that they have actual experience of the products they are selling and can troubleshoot issues and quickly sort out the problem. Many thanks. I now have a backdoor we can both open and lock again! I will certainly be shopping here in the future as and when I need to replace anything else. Jon.
