Faultless Experience
They had the exact replacement lock (ferco munster type) I needed, shipping was very reasonable for such an awkward item (2 metres long and thin) which was well packed in a thick cardboard tube.
Best bit of all? at a bit over £40 it was less than half the cost of similar items for sale elsewhere.
Definitely my first point of call next time.
