I am so disappointed with the company and the customer service that Online Auto Parts has given... or not given should I say!! My mobile mechanic spent 3.5 hours pulling parts out my car only to realise that when installing a part that I had bought from ‘Online Auto Parts’ actually is faulty and was sent to me faulty. It was followed up with a video of the part that was sure enough, confirmed by the guys at Online auto parts as; faulty!! Yet No one want to take any responsibility for this. All they are offering is an exchange for a new part. What about the labour cost for my mechanic? Well they’re not covering the labour and can only refund the part. My mechanic charge my for 4 hours of labour, and now I have to get him again to fix it with the new part and pay for labour and new part again. Long chats with the sales team finished by them telling me buying parts from Online auto part is to “take a chance”. I’m highly disappointed with the quality of the product, the lack of good fair quality service and especially for an Australian company. Definitley would not recommend to a friend!!
