Everything about the process was fine and smooth until it came to the payment. No payment methods would drop down. I called the help desk to no avail although they offered to process the transaction over the phone. I decided to persevere. I cleared the cart twice and restarted the webpage. On the third attempt, the payment options appeared. Then the process was fine. Just advising you that there may be a glitch in the programming. Perhaps you need to fully log out after initial registration before you make a purchase but there was nothing to indicate this was the case.
