Went online a month ago to source the parts that I required. Last night spent a bit over three-quarters of an hour trying to buy the parts online, the system kept stating the parts would not fit my Mazda 3. The system had all the details of the cart so it should have been a simple job to source the right part. Gave up in the end as I could not find the parts I wanted. Phoned the Brisbane office Saturday morning to find that the computer system had a glitch that the IT people had not fixed. Ordered parts online Saturday, system stated the parts would not fit a Toyota, oh my god, the parts are for a Mazda 3, now awaiting delivery. I have ordered parts previously with no issues and would order again. Just wish the company had put up a message saying they were having issues with the system.
