Ordered over $500 in parts, had a parcel turn up, half the parts weren't in the parcel. Rang them up, asked if there was a second parcel, no.. told them half the order isn't here, they just moved me around from manager to manager, avoided the issue, blamed me for losing parts, i sent them photo evidence of the parcel, half the box was filled with their branded plastic air bags that fill the gaps, they still just ignored my calls or emails, opened a case through PayPal to get my money back, they rang me and offered a bank transfer refund of approx 1/4 of the money I'd lost... Just disgusting customer service and zero care that I had paid for parts I never recieved. I refused dodgy refund, leaving it for PayPal to sort out.. they stopped responding to me and just hoping I'd go away.. thank goodness I paid through PayPal, got a refund, still never heard back from Online Auto Parts.
