This company's service has been incredibly disappointing.
On June 25th, I placed an order for a pair of glasses. Unfortunately, they informed me that the frame I chose was not available. After some back-and-forth, I agreed to order a different frame instead on July 12th. At that time, they assured me that the glasses would be shipped within 10 days. However, here we are on August 4th, and I still haven't received any updates from them. Feeling frustrated, I decided to give them a call again, only to find out that they hadn't even placed the order for the glasses yet.
This whole experience has been quite frustrating, and their lack of communication and delay in fulfilling orders are completely unacceptable. I hope they can rectify this situation promptly and provide me with the glasses I ordered or offer an adequate solution to compensate for the inconvenience they've caused.
