Dear Online Opticians,
PLEASE refund monies you are withholding from me.
All my earnings are used to pay household bills and to provide for my family. At present I am struggling without a pair of glasses. Due to recent communication breakdown I am unable to trust that you may provid the correct lenses and moreover you have been dishonest regarding my actions, causing doubt and mistrust.
Please refund my money as a positive resolution to move forward reassuring future customers that you may provide a better service and be true to your stated guarantee.

This company will only respond once you post a review on trustpiolot. This is a recurring theme, please check other reviews with low ratings. It is a very poor show that this company may publish untruthful comments regarding unsatisfied customers in a public forum.
'No glasses and no refund…
Very unprofessional and misleading!
I have now sent 26 emails, eight telephone calls requesting a refund, negative result!
The 30 day refund outlined in the companies' terms and conditions is completely mendacious!
As a working professional disabled (keyworker) life already has its obstacles, not being able to see properly is one I could clearly do without right now.😔👓
