I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never had an issue. Unfortunately, my order was misplaced by Royal Mail. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful, sending out a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. Not many companies would go that extra mile when it wasn’t even their fault!
