Hey, I'm a postgraduate student majoring in marketing. Actually I heard a lot about ur brand during study. Today I just got the roses sent by my boyfriend. I have to say the delivery speed is very fast. Also, packaging is classic and impressive. But the roses are not as fresh as I've expected. Some red and pink petals already got a little bit black, which made me somehow disappointed. This also affects my impression on ur luxury brand image.
