I bought 60 big sexy roses for my wife's birthday and got a message the day before that you had not got any delivery!
You promised to arrange for similar roses to be delivered but they were clearly smaller and shorter than what I had paid for.
On top of that you delivered 4 vases that were not what I had bought and far too high and far too cramped for 15 stems for the smaller and shorter roses.
I had to go to Moyses Stevens to get it sorted so I will go back there as I am a big 'consumer' of roses!
