The engineer was punctual for appointments and had a very pleasant and reassuring manner and a thorough approach to problem diagnosis. We agreed an acceptable way forward for problem resolution and the works were carried out promptly and vey neatly.
I will certainly use Mr Pilgrim for any future electrical projects and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing diagnosis of electrical problems and remedial action.
