The service was excellent, professional and attuned. The work was done thoroughly and everything is now in full working order with my father's economy 7 heating and hot water. Ray was also very sensitive to the fact that my father has dementia and can be very confused. His manner was very calm and collected and this helped my dad to be settled in the face of a stranger working in his home.
