Overall happy with the booking system . A bit annoyed that when agreeing to pay in 4 monthly payments that we get charged a fee .. and even when booking our seats on plane had a fee added. Even tho I print everything off and with OntheBeach being solely internet based there is no telephone conversations, which is a tad rubbish!
