No worse and no better than most booking sites.
I did have difficulty finding how to sort holidays by destination, though they claim it can be done. I could filter by destination but not sort.
I booked an extra leg room seat and was a bit miffed to get charged a £30.00 admin fee for this.
It didn't appear to be an option during the main booking process.
overall quite satisfied but it could have been better.
