On The Beach is so easy to use. I will not use any other agent .
I made the mistake of booking a holiday with teletext for 2nd May. It got cancelled and I am still fighting them for my refund. On the Beach refunded my money for a cancelled holiday without any fuss. The prices are good , communication is good and I have 2 more holidays booked with them for next year .
