This was my very first booking online. even for someone with the I.T skills of a 4-year-old,I found it extremely easy to navigate and book.price was more than fair. My only issue is, I don't have a smartphone is the boarding pass, this hotel voucher transfer voucher etc sent to me by post?. I'm sure the answer is written somewhere,but buggered if I can find it.
