Not a good start, thought I'd booked the hotel, flights and transfer, when I rang them to find out why they had not confirmed, I was told that that the price was for the hotel only so suggested I go through sales, but put on hold for over an hour,!
I cancelled the holiday and am now awaiting my deposit
