Booking was very straight forward but not easy to contact them by message or email. I ordered a certain room but on my paperwork it was different. I did recieve a reply saying they had ammended my booking but it is not showing that on my paperwork. I would be much happier if I could speak to someone or do live chat. I have now recieved a reply and my paperwork has been ammended. I am very grateful my request has been answered. Thanking you .
