I have booked a holiday and paid in full,I could get on to my bookings but as soon as I paid off the balance I could no longer get on to my bookings on the app nor the website. I have tried phoning and it just says the offices are closed. I have no information now about my holiday and I go next month. They are impossible to communicate with. I would give no stars if I could. I have sent numerous emails. I shall see when I get a response. I would not recommend this company at all and I would never use again. I have used many holiday companies in the past this one is the worse by far.
