TERRIBLE SERVICE.. Took over 8 weeks to make ammendments to the booking. Couldnt get answers through online messages phonecalls wouldnt get answered, caller 89 at times. Finally managed to get through 20 minutes later when pressing the make a new booking option! Flights were non refundable and then they tried to say we couldnt have the hotel refund because we were trying to cancel/change within 28 days after not answering our message for 8 weeks.
