I agree awfull company so please DO NOT BOOK with company.i have been trying to to contact me them by since our hoilday in November which was ruined by them there customer service is a joke they close at 2 in afternoon and the complaint line they not taking any more calls because they are busy I wonder why..I will never give trying to get hold of them and make sure people don't book with them.
