Customer service is APAULING! i called them a few weeks ago and was 98th in the que and the estimated time to answer was 1hour50 mins!!!
Today the customer service line is closed, On a Saturday?
Requested a to add a passenger to the booking took over a month to get the price sent to me.
Booked a package including baggage , got an email saying that they had made a mistake and that I must re add baggage and there would be a £30 charge for adding it....... even though it was your mistake.
