when something goes wrong with your booking heaven help you as on the beach are useless.The advice I was given ended up costing me £1000 and after complaining they denied giving it to me.I asked for a recording of my phone call which clearly backed up my complaint but to no avail £ 1000 down the toilet.Use this company at your peril.
