No way of getting through to customer service. No contact email address anywhere and the phone number is either engaged, cuts you off or leaves you on hold for hours. I needed to cancel my holiday and ask some urgent questions but had no way of doing so. They debited the full cancellation fee and didn’t then send a letter for my insurance company as requested. I had no way of changing my card details on file so they took it from the card I originally used which I didn’t want to happen. Poor service.
