Booked and paid for holiday last Nov 21. Have had no contact since. Attempted to book seats on flight but wouldn't accept the ref number supplied by otb. Contacted Jet2 direct and they informed me flight was cancelled last Dec and agent was informed. Can I get response from OTB, no obviously. Phone line not working and 3 weeks before obviously not flying as no flight.... Worse than teletext holidays and that says something. Time for legal action. Won't be long before they go bust I'm sure
