Even one start is a lot. I booked a hotel from them. But they didn’t confirm with the hotel the hotel cancelled the reservation with out knowing. We went there with 4 children they told us it has been cancelled! It was around 9 o’clock in the evening. We paid £300 deposit to allowed us to stay that night. I tried to contact on the beach customer service it was closed. They never came back to us and they waisted one half day! Exactly more than a week a tired to reach them but no one is answering!
