They sold is a five star all inclusive in Turkey and when we arrived I wouldn't give it even a one star rating so we paid for another flight to get home a week early! I've sent to emails to ask OTB to contact me a week ago after we got home and no response also tried to call but lines were closed. Will never use this company again in future!
