I just wanted to say thank you for ruining our holiday before it’s even began. From the start you promise people free airport lounge & fasttrack on your tv adverts, we got NONE. False advertising & I will take this further legally. I will never book with you lot again ever even if you gave us a free holiday. We were going to Egypt to scatter our daughters ashes & you’ve ruined every expectations by your false promises. I will spread this news to all our friends & family to never book with on the beach again. A disgusting company with no customer service having to wait around 2 hours by phone to get through & that’s if the lines are not closed. There is also no refunds in my bookings as you stated!!!!!!!!
