We had to cancel our holiday 3 days before we were due to go tried to move dates ,we couldn’t so we asked about refund online, 3day s they sent a refund ,less admin costs , 3 days later they said they made a error & wanted money back by a link ,I sent a email asking if this was a scam ,& that I would not pay by a link ,but if they phoned me or emailed ,so we could sort it out 3 emails later to them had no response from them,bad customer service
