Reference for holiday on the beach, we had the worst experience ever and I don’t want other people with young children to go through the same, we booked our first holiday after covid and thought that we would use on the beach as they are a reputable company…. Avoid as we have been treated awfully and I would never use again, due to staff shortages in April we missed our flight and our 4 year old child was devastated.. I complained straight away that day and called help desk only told that I can only complain online…. 4 months later and nothing back not even a reply? Nothing ????
