Very easy to book, access and manage booking and receive paperwork. We enjoyed our holiday but the hotel was somewhat lacking and definitely reflected the poor reviews we had seen online. Not very clean and dated. Our transfers were challenging - we had no instructions on arrival and queued several times before finding our coach (who then split up all passengers mid-journey onto mini-buses. Not what you need at 3am in the morning!) We were also dropped at the top of our steep hotel drive with cases et al. Would booking again but opt for private transfers.
