Booked twice with them. 1st holiday took 3 to confirm thst it wasnt available so booked a second waited 2.5 days then called them only to be informed that the hotel would only accept 4 day bookings not 3 as per their website did I want to pay an extra for each person but only stay fir 3

Straight on line to Booking.com and sorted myself
Never again will I bother with them
