Have booked to go on holiday on the 13th of this month. Found out when I looked it up, that we have been booked into a lounge and issued vouchers when this lounge will be closed at the time of us flying.
I contacted them on chat and they said they can't change the lounge to the one that IS opened as they have already issued the vouchers, despite it being their mistake!
Absolutely useless and a fine start to the holiday that will be!
