Once you pay and have left the UK they are nearly impossible to contact, I’m in Turkey and can’t contact them at all.
No replies, !!!
We fly by Pegasus, you can’t use online check in until 24 hours before the flight, you are then charged £60 to do so as you MUST reserve seats. This is despite paying £1700 for all inclusive package.
We certainly won’t be using them again.
