I bought the holiday after the Thomas Cook bankruptcy. ONB charged me £500 for the deposit and then decided to call me 5PM to inform that the holiday would cost extra £480 (on top of the total price). They did not allow me to make the payment next day so I cancelled the holiday with them. Its been a week ago. So far no refund, no explanation and no possibility to buy another holiday somewhere else.
