Appalling customer service. In the event of a pandemic they shut down all contact. You cant call, email or message. If you do finally manage to send a message it is completely ignored. We recieved an email saying they will be in touch to discuss our options but never actually got in touch. In the meantime, whilst we waited for a phone call, they increased the cancellation fee from £141 to £3500. Absolutely disgusting!!
