Bad customer service, never get back to you
If anyone out there is thinking of booking a holiday, please stay clear of on the beach, since this COVID-19, I have tried to cancel our holiday to Turkey, which after so many attempts to contact them, they cancelled hotel and flights home, but couldn’t cancel flights going ? So they decided to leave flight going still live, and cancel the rest ??? Then we got a call from them and we move it to same time next year? Two bookings as going with daughter and her family ( to large of a group to go in one booking) so it’s 2 bookings, to be told it’s gone up by nearly £600, which we expected, to then be told a further deposit off £500 nearly to be paid ( we’ve been paying our last holiday from feb this year ) so surly enough has been paid off it to make a deposit for sept 21 !!!!!
To then find out it’s 2 separate hotels they booked us into, this was not a computer it was a lady on the end of a phone ???
Email after email after email have I sent customer service is the worst ever
But can send emails to say my deposit hasn’t been paid on a nightly base !!!!
