I ordered two 2XL shirts in 50-50 fabric and they sent a 3XL in 100% cotton, and one of the correct size+type. I reported it in their system immediately, but it's now 4 business days later and they haven't responded beyond the automated "claim" response.
This was my first ever order with them, and the total price was a bit over a hundred dollars. I expected better customer service.
In addition, the delivery via UPS was 3 days late, and I'm hanging in the wind wondering if I need to send the wrong size back, or put up with the wrong shirt, even though it's too baggy and has a QR code that might not scan because of it.
I really wish I could leave a good review because the graphics on the shirts look identical to my design (that I spent 2+ hours on), but I can't recommend ooshirts because of poor customer service. I'm disappointed.
