The shirts are of good quality, printing is excellent and they shipped very fast. However, I had an issue with the print placement even after I specified multiple times during the proofing process what I was looking for. I submitted a claim and while they say they respond in 1-2 business days, it's been over 3 days and I still haven't received a response, even after stressing that the issue was incredibly time sensitive.
