Everything went quite well with my transition from my prior processor to OpenUp. They had me up and running with a new machine in less than a week, and I began processing orders the same day the equipment was delivered. The internet gateway is straightforward and easy to navigate. I couldn't be more pleased with OpenUp's customer service and entire experience, even if the cost reductions were not a factor.
