This is the worst customer service i have received in years. I ordered tires by phone and the gentlemen told me that the mechanic is to receive them in in 3-4 days not making me aware of the 30 day delay policy in terms and conditions. 10 days have past and no one has the curtesy to tell me where the tires are. My car is at the mechanic, the MOT has run out and despite my consecutive calls, no one still knows when i am to receive them. They dont even make an attempt to assist in this matter or offering alternative solutions like providing other tires that are in stock. The sales rep ought to have told me that they are coming from abroad. This is unacceptable sales behaviour.
