Oponeo's aftersales is utterly shocking. I needed to return a set of tyres and it has taken almost 2 months to sort and I still don't have my full refund. They had the tyres collected in two separate collections, one of which somehow managed to deliver a single tyre back to the tyre shop I collected from. Because of that courier error they still haven't refunded me for that one tyre even telling me THREE times on the phone that it wasn't my fault and I'd receive my refund. All this and I still have to pay a £60 fee to return the tyres. Their tyre prices are competitive but no where near good enough to warrant the horrendous customer service they provide.
