THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. 22.12.21 I ordered 2 tires for £416, the website said the delivery will take up to 48h. By the 28th of december 2021 the tires still weren’t delivered so I cancelled my order. I was ignored for a week, and only got a response to my email when I mentioned leaving a bad review, but the response I received made no difference to my situation. On the 7th of January 2022 (11 days after the cancellation of my order!) I received a mail which said that the tires I was looking for have been found and if I don’t want them I have to return them to do deliver driver. Today marks 2 weeks since I cancelled my order but I still have no update from your website and still didn’t get. y refund. I’ve run out of patience and advise everyone to avoid this company as much as possible. I recommend you sort my situation out soon because I will continue to write bad reviews unti I get my money back. I will let everyone know that from experience I’ve learnt that OPONEO doesn’t respect or take their customers seriously.
