I ordered tyres and waited two weeks for the wrong set to be delivered. They acknowledge their fault and arranged for them to be collected. They won't send out the correct tyres until the incorrect tyres are collected. I'm now waiting over a week for the collection to be made.
Spoke to them 5 times on the phone with absolutely no help. Best bet is I'll get the tyre 4 weeks after ordering.
Their customer service is terribly. They treat you like your the issue even though their at fault.
Won't replace/refund until they collect in their own sweet time.
