Ordered 4 Kumho tyres on 06/12/2024. On the website it said 3-4 days delivery. Suited me perfectly as it was a time for me to change my tyres. Went ahead and placed order (it was 2 different orders due to 2 different sizes). 4 days later first 2 tyres were shipped through DPD (It was Tuesday 10/12/2024) got them only on Sunday. So total delivery for first 2 tyres was 9 days even though they stated 3-4 business days delivery but it's been more. Then obviously I needed other 2 tyres so I can put them on my car. Around a week later I have contacted them to see what's the story as we are coming up to Christmas and my tyres are on edge.. I really needed to change them. Long story short I got reply from them that tyres were shipped on 6th of December and system never sent me tracking. So I went ahead and check tracking it said parcel was handed into GLS. I checked a week later status of the tracking didn't update. Then around 18th of December I got reply from oponeo saying that they started investigation. On 23rd of December they told me claim has been resolved and told me do I want a refund or replacement. So I went ahead and told them that I was a replacement considering I already got 2 tyres and I needed other 2. So now it's 2nd of January and I'm still waiting for those 2 tyres. It's such a bad experience with OPONEO I would think twice before using them. Im not even 100% sure will I even get my tyres at this point. I feel like I got scammed.
