Horrible experience. They sold me the wrong size wheels for my car despite me phoning to check they would fit, and them guaranteeing they would.
They refused to take them back or refund me, and just stopped communicating when I tried to get resolution via their claims system
In the end I had to take them to court. I won, they literally had no case.
Never once an apology, no attempt to get a resolution, made everything difficult. They clearly were relying on me no having the courage to see it through.
It was a tough experience but I got there in the end.
