Wheel not as described or fit for purpose.
Along with placing the order online, I also phoned the Oponeo customer service line to confirm that I was ordering the correct wheel. After verbal confirmation by the Oponeo sales representative I placed the order for a wheel which was exactly the same in the picture on the Oponeo website when compared to the wheel on my van. When the wheel arrived it was not the same as the wheel as pictured on the Oponeo website or on my van. When I requested a replacement for the correct wheel I was informed there was €15 charge for this. I have now requested a full refund and have asked Oponeo to collect their wheel. The refund has not been forth-coming and the wheel is taking up space in my office.
Initially Oponeo comes across as a very professional company and easy to deal with, but this has not been my experience. Furthermore, I thought I was dealing with an Irish based company because of the .ie domain name. Had this been the case I would have brought my van and the incorrect wheel to their base to switch out the wheel. Because Oponeo is actually a Polish based company this is not possible.
